Siemens Family Law Endorses Buncombe County DA and Judicial Candidates

Siemens Family Law Group endorses Martin Moore for Buncombe County District Attorney, James Mills for Buncombe County District Court Judge and Tobias Hampson for Court of Appeals.

The role of District Attorney is critical to the safety of our community.  A strong prosecutor will ideally support local law enforcement, preserve order in the community and deliver justice to victims of crime.  We believe Martin Moore is best suited to assume that role.

The role of District Court Judge is equally critical to the quality of justice in Buncombe County.  James Mills has 25 years of experience in the District Courts and is best suited to be District Court Judge.  We trust him to exercise the discretion of a judge impacting lives in our community.

The Court of Appeals reviews the work of prosecutors and trial judges.  We have argued cases before Tobias Hampson and found him to be perceptive and on point.  A strong Court of Appeals keeps the system of justice running with integrity and precision.  We support his re-election.
